Things have been running pretty smoothly lately. The PS1 Vault is continuing to expand as more requests come in. A new hi-res image popup for cart/disc scans was just added to The Vault replacing the old one which popped up a new window. All issues with the advanced search in the Vault, Vault Store, and Manual Project have been fixed and search has been added to each entry page. And, some general housecleaning has been done fixing layout quirks that were causing issues in certain browsers. |

Vimm's Lair was offline for a few hours this afternoon for a hardware upgrade. An old hard drive that was acting up was replaced with a newer and much larger one, adding plenty of expansion room for the PSX Vault. |

The new PlayStation Vault is running smoothly and is continuing to gradually grow. The Vault now supports multiple screen shots, primarily for PlayStation games which tend to have multiple title screens. The site is also gradually converting to HTML5 and now uses CSS sprites which help pages load faster with fewer trips to the server. The updated sprite powered menu now (finally) shows the section you're currently in, and the submenu can be much longer too. Any remaining graphical glitches should be fixed quickly as they're found. |
